Wonderful People, I have been diagnosed with Stage 1, grade 2, HER2 triple positive breast cancer and will be taking somewhat of a break in my busy schedule of music and fun (!) in order to handle this issue handily early on. It is early and I am pissed and sad and optimistic! Chemo is scheduled to start in early November so any students who want to continue with me during this time, we’ll meet online!

All gigs I post going forward will be on a flexible basis ~ but I plan to get out there and sing as much as I can while I’m recovering all along the way. We’ll see when I get there! I hear some women tolerate this well. I hope I’m one of them.

I may start an online studio concert time over here if I get too bored and still have energy. So you ain’t heard the last of me yet!

I’m in good hands between the VA and John Muir Walnut Creek and I can still use all the positive energy and prayer you’d like to send up. Thanks ~ and again, I’m optimistic.
